Our Story
MW Care Associates was founded by sister and brother, Samantha Rosano and Travis Wojcik, after firsthand experience with the challenges of caring for their mother as her cognitive needs increased.
While balancing full-time careers and their own personal responsibilities, they did not want to choose between becoming full-time caregivers or placing their mother's care in the hands of others. Instead, they built a system that allowed them to remain actively involved while providing the compassionate, dependable support she deserved.
Samantha's background in case management, behavioral health, client advocacy, and community resource navigation helped coordinate medical care, services, benefits, and family communication. Travis focused on companionship through conversation, activities, outings, and meaningful social connection. Together, they learned that exceptional care is about more than managing appointments and daily tasks - it's about preserving dignity, independence, and human connection.
Today, MW Care Associates combines lived experience with professional expertise to provide compassionate, non-medical caregiving, care coordination, advocacy, and family support.
